Bring your expertise as a Respiratory Therapist to a dynamic healthcare environment, providing critical care and support to patients in both Intensive Care and General Practice Units. This position offers a 13-week contract, designed for experienced and credentialed professionals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- 1845–0715 (overnight)
- Every other weekend required
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
- Current licensure and registration as a Respiratory Therapist
- Valid BLS certification
- Strong ability to supervise, delegate, and mentor staff, orients, externs, and students
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical gases therapies
- Perform both invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures for a diverse patient population
- Maintain readiness to serve across different departmental assignments as needed
- Effectively collaborate with patients, coworkers, physicians, and healthcare staff regarding patient care
- Ensure all aspects of patient care are thoroughly and accurately documented
- Oversee and provide guidance for assigned respiratory therapy team members
- Manage and complete patient billing information diligently and precisely

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
