Respiratory Therapist | Grove City, Ohio

Make a meaningful difference in patient care by utilizing your expertise as a Respiratory Therapist. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is ideal for those who are passionate about providing critical respiratory support in a healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)
• Night shifts: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials
• Valid Ohio license
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a respiratory therapy role

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective respiratory care to patients, including administering oxygen, aerosolized medications, and performing chest physiotherapy
• Evaluate patient responses and document clinical observations accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory therapy equipment
• Participate in emergency resuscitation efforts as needed
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory procedures and home care strategies
