Embark on an impactful contract opportunity as a Respiratory Therapist, where your expertise will be vital to patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist who is comfortable working overnight shifts and adapting to a collaborative setting.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in acute or hospital settings highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients of all ages, including those in critical care and neonatal units
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
  • Administer oxygen, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatments safely and efficiently
  • Operate and monitor ventilators and life-support equipment in line with current best practices
  • Provide emergency interventions, such as airway management and resuscitation, when required
  • Accurately document all care provided in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
