Qualifications and Experience:

• Active registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT credential required)
• Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist
• Proven clinical experience working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Deep knowledge of current respiratory care modalities, ventilator support, pulmonary function testing, and airway management techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with physicians, nurses, and patient families
• Ability to assess patient needs and rapidly respond to emergencies or changes in condition

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by attending physicians

• Conduct diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function studies
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use
• Document all treatments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
