Key Qualifications:
- Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license recognized in the practicing state
- Previous experience providing respiratory care in acute and/or sub-acute settings
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Proficient in administering respiratory therapies, managing ventilation, and utilizing respiratory care equipment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans in coordination with the clinical team
- Deliver prescribed respiratory therapy treatments such as nebulization, oxygen therapy, and chest physiotherapy
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
- Respond rapidly to respiratory emergencies, providing critical support and intervention as needed
- Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and home care post-discharge
- Accurately document all therapies, treatments, and patient interactions per facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

$1,883 - $1,986/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
