Schedule and Commitment:

Key Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Respiratory Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Certified Respiratory Therapist
• Demonstrated expertise with respiratory therapy in an acute care or hospital setting
• Generalist experience is preferred and valued
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with GE equipment is a plus
• Exceptional communication and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy and support to patients following physician orders and established protocols
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient responses to therapy, adjusting as needed
• Utilize and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators and diagnostic devices
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and wellness strategies
