Qualifications:

• Active and valid registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT credential required)
• Current state licensure in Respiratory Care
• Previous experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
• Proficiency in administering oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and related respiratory procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, safe, and evidence-based respiratory care

Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders using medical protocols and clinical judgment
• Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedures, including bronchodilator treatments, airway management, and invasive/noninvasive ventilation
• Monitor patient responses and report significant changes to physicians and nurses
• Assist during emergency codes and provide airway support as needed
• Educate patients and family members on respiratory therapy treatments and at-home care
• Document all care according to facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function and safety

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
