Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following departmental protocols.
- Administer, monitor, and document respiratory treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide critical ventilatory assistance.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment safely.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and ongoing care.
