Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active, valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Prior acute care or hospital experience highly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain before start)
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and other respiratory modalities
• Operate and maintain ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting care plans as needed
• Document all interventions, patient status, and progress in clinical records
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and preventive care

$1,871 - $2,046/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
