Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Mckinleyville, California

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour day shifts each week
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications:

• Active California Respiratory Therapist license required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credentials needed
• Current certifications in NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Proof of a negative TB test within the past 12 months
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Experience working in acute care or hospital settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care and therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Provide ventilator management, pulmonary function testing, and emergency airway support as needed
• Accurately chart all treatments and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, therapies, and equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety
