Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- Valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Assess and document patient responses to therapy and adjust as necessary
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory care procedures
