This contract opportunity provides the chance to work in a Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule:
- Shifts available: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
- Weekend rotation every other weekend
- Voluntary call opportunities
- Holiday coverage includes one major and one minor seasonal holiday as per policy
- Up to 7 days of approved time off (excluding designated blackout dates)
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) considered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- BLS and NRP required for NICU assignments; ACLS/APLS preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR or EPIC required
- Experience in Level III NICU care within the past 12 months strongly preferred for NICU roles
- Ability to work with adult and neonatal populations, including ground transports and Nitric Oxide administration for NICU therapists
Responsibilities:
- Deliver general and critical care respiratory therapy to a broad patient mix, including adults and neonates
- Float to like units as needed; NICU therapists may also assist with adult respiratory care
- Operate advanced equipment such as PB 840/980, Drager VN500, LTV, Airvo, and use Omnicell for medication dispensing
- Participate in comprehensive orientation (24 hours classroom, 24 hours unit-based)

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
