Key Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Knowledgeable in ventilator management, airway care, and therapeutic procedures
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings
• Prior acute care or hospital experience highly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate adjustments to care plans
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices
• Administer aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and basic lung function tests
• Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention
• Educate patients and families about respiratory diseases and proper use of equipment

$1,874 - $2,051/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
