Respiratory Therapist | Perry, Maine

Seeking an experienced respiratory care provider for a contract assignment. This opportunity involves delivering high-quality care and respiratory treatments to patients in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), with current certifications and the ability to provide compassionate, skilled service.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• On-call responsibilities may be required

Key Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as an RRT or CRT
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Covid-19 vaccination, or an approved medical exemption
• Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role

Core Responsibilities:

• Delivering direct respiratory care to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient respiratory needs and performing appropriate interventions
• Managing ventilators, administering therapies, performing diagnostics, and responding to emergencies
• Accurately documenting patient care and treatment outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure best-practice outcomes
