Requirements:

• Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or a valid medical exemption
• Previous experience delivering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care
• Ability to respond to on-call needs as scheduled during day shift hours
• Commitment to upholding patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Schedule:

• Day shift with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessment, monitoring, and care of patients requiring respiratory therapy
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and procedures, such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory practices, medication use, and equipment
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment responses in compliance with facility standards
• Contribute to emergency and on-call interventions as needed
