Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients
• Administer treatments such as aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and ventilator support
• Monitor patient progress and document interventions, reporting changes promptly
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
• Educate patients and families about equipment use and respiratory health
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and best practices
