Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12-hour night shifts (7PM–7:30AM) or day shifts (7AM–7:30PM) available
- 36 hours/week guaranteed
- 26-week preferred assignment
- Multiple positions open
Core Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- At least 3 years’ experience in a tertiary, teaching hospital or Level 1 Trauma setting
- BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP required for NICU
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience with acute, critical, and pediatric care, including NICU/PICU and ED preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy for patients across the facility
- Float as needed between adult, pediatric, and neonatal units
- Respond to code situations and support critical care teams
- Manage a variety of ventilators (Drager, Hamilton, Respironics, Trilogy, Airvo, Vapotherm)
- Chart efficiently using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes
