Answer the call of the coast with this rewarding full-time contract opportunity for a skilled Respiratory Therapist. Schedule:

  • Weekdays, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 13-week contract

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials
  • Active, unrestricted license as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, preferably as a generalist
  • Prior GE equipment experience is highly valued
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS and NRP certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality respiratory care to patients across a variety of settings, including critical care and general medical floors
  • Assess, plan, and implement effective respiratory therapy interventions based on patient needs and medical protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment with proficiency, particularly GE systems
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and clinical guidelines within the facility
