Key Responsibilities:
- Administer various respiratory therapy modalities to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ responses to therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal respiratory care.
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide patient and family education on respiratory therapies, equipment use, and disease management.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Current state licensure as applicable.
- Up-to-date BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues.

$2,116 - $2,230/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
