Key Responsibilities:

• Administer various respiratory therapy modalities to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ responses to therapy, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal respiratory care.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide patient and family education on respiratory therapies, equipment use, and disease management.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current state licensure as applicable.
• Up-to-date BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues.
