Schedule:

  • Day shift with on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Active credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
  • Covid-19 vaccination or an approved medical exemption
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in respiratory therapy with commitment to best practices and patient safety
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilatory support as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess patient respiratory status and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Monitor and record therapeutic interventions, reporting changes to the care team
  • Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care techniques and home therapy procedures
  • Uphold strict infection control protocols and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Remain available for on-call coverage during scheduled shifts, responding promptly to urgent clinical needs
