Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation support.
- Monitor patient status and adjust treatments accordingly, collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health, disease management, and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all hospital and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
