Qualifications & Experience:
- Credentialed as a Respiratory Therapist and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Active licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
- Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to adapt to new environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory disorders
- Administer therapeutic procedures, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilator management
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to develop individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education on equipment use and disease management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established safety standards
