Schedule:

• 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 36 hours per week
• 26-week assignments preferred; multiple positions available
• Weekend & call rotation (2-hour call for the oncoming shift)

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tertiary, teaching, or level 1 trauma centers
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP required for NICU
• Strong skills in pediatric, adult critical care, and emergency department settings; flexibility to float, including NICU/PICU
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and excellent communicator

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care across varied patient populations and acuity levels
• Participate in a collaborative team covering the entire facility
• Operate advanced ventilators and utilize EPIC electronic health records
• Rotate coverage between acute, critical, and IMC units as needed
