  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Operate, manage, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and preventive strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with facility standards
  • Participate in emergency response and rapid response team interventions as needed
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and all applicable regulatory policies
