Schedule/Hours:

• Evenings: 3:00pm–11:30pm
• 32 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in delivering respiratory therapies
• Ability to interpret physician orders, conduct assessments, and respond to emergency situations
• Excellent interpersonal ability to communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy as needed to optimize outcomes
• Utilize ventilators and other respiratory equipment safely and effectively
• Document care accurately and promptly in patient records
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and self-care strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with medical staff for coordinated care
