Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist; registered status required
• Valid state licensure as mandated
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing respiratory therapy interventions to patients of diverse ages and needs
• Solid knowledge of ventilator management, airway care, and pulmonary function testing
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate bedside manner, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Recent relevant clinical experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment; document all procedures with accuracy
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and home care needs
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
