Qualifications:

• Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (as required)
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based respiratory care techniques and equipment
• Experience in both adult and pediatric respiratory care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in urgent situations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to patients with a variety of cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer therapeutic respiratory interventions, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medication, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation management
• Evaluate and document patient responses to therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, equipment use, and preventative respiratory care measures
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with all clinical and safety protocols
