Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active license as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current BLS certification (additional ACLS/PALS certifications preferred)
• Experience in acute care or hospital environments is highly desirable
• Proficiency in ventilator management, airway care, and pulmonary diagnostics
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver all aspects of respiratory therapy for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer aerosol treatments, oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and related procedures
• Monitor patients’ responses and document therapy results accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop care strategies
• Perform emergency respiratory procedures, including airway management and resuscitation
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and ventilators
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home respiratory care as needed
