Qualifications and Credentials:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• Current state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Proven experience with diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures
• Comfortable working with mechanical ventilation, aerosol therapy, and oxygen delivery systems
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients’ respiratory status, document progress, and report changes promptly
• Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory care equipment safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and at-home care best practices
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
