Registered Respiratory Therapist in Westerville, OH

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Nights: 7:00pm – 7:30am

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid OH state licensure for Respiratory Therapy
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent respiratory care experience in an acute or hospital setting
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based respiratory care to patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions including ventilator management, aerosol therapies, airway management, and patient education
• Consult with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize individual patient respiratory plans
• Monitor and document patient responses, adjusting therapy as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with department protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices
