Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
  • Generalist skills preferred
  • Experience with General Electric (GE) equipment is highly desirable
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills and commitment to team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across a diverse caseload
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and GE ventilator equipment
  • Perform respiratory assessments, respiratory therapy procedures, and patient education
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Accurately document all procedures and patient responses
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
