Qualifications:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
- Generalist skills preferred
- Experience with General Electric (GE) equipment is highly desirable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills and commitment to team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across a diverse caseload
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and GE ventilator equipment
- Perform respiratory assessments, respiratory therapy procedures, and patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document all procedures and patient responses
