Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Current state license to practice as a respiratory care practitioner
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures, equipment, and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care for patients based on physician orders and established protocols
- Administer therapeutic interventions including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
- Monitor and document patient progress, response to therapy, and clinical observations
- Operate and maintain a variety of respiratory care equipment safely and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and lifestyle adjustments
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

$26 - $27/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
