Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies to patients with various cardiopulmonary disorders
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ respiratory status and response to therapy
• Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen delivery devices, and other specialized respiratory equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide life support measures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about respiratory health, equipment use, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility policies

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
