ABA Therapist | Albany, New York

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide one-on-one support within a school setting in Albany, NY. This contract role involves working closely with students to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and specialized educational support as a paraprofessional and ABA therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy interventions tailored to student needs.
• Support classroom instruction by assisting with behavior management and skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create and implement effective behavior plans.
• Monitor student progress and document interventions and outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), preferably with school-aged children.
• Background as a paraprofessional or ABA therapist within educational settings.
