Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience implementing ABA strategies in educational settings
• Proven success developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and caregivers
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform program effectiveness
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design targeted intervention plans
• Observe students in classrooms and other school environments to identify behavioral needs
• Provide evidence-based ABA interventions for individual students and small groups
• Train and coach school staff on implementing behavior plans and ABA best practices
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions, maintaining detailed documentation
• Support the development of a positive and effective learning atmosphere for all students
