ABA Therapist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

An ABA Therapist is sought to provide onsite compensatory services in a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This is a full-semester contract position focused on delivering specialized support to a former student requiring compensatory ABA services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 10 total hours of ABA therapy services, scheduled approximately 1 hour per week over 8 weeks.
• Deliver compensatory services tailored to meet the student’s individualized needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure compliance with service requirements despite the student’s relocation to another district.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding service delivery and progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an ABA Therapist in school-based environments.
• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and interventions.
• Ability to navigate complex service delivery situations with professionalism and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with families and educational staff effectively.

Location:

• Onsite services required in Lexington, Massachusetts, within the greater Cambridge area.

Additional Details:

• This position is not eligible for Voco.
• Contract term begins ASAP and continues until all services are completed.
