Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a similar role within schools
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of ABA principles
• Demonstrated ability to work with students exhibiting a range of behavioral challenges
• Experience with K-12 caseloads in an educational setting
• Self-sufficient and capable of operating without RBT or tech support
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with teachers and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral support and interventions to K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
• Manage a range of student behaviors, designing effective, evidence-based strategies
