Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting

• Previous paraprofessional experience strongly preferred
• Ability to follow individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students requiring behavioral and educational assistance within classroom and small group environments
• Implement ABA strategies to help students achieve behavioral and academic goals
• Assist teachers by preparing materials, monitoring progress, and fostering social-emotional development
• Provide one-on-one or small group guidance as outlined in individualized plans
• Track student data and progress for ongoing evaluation and adjustment of interventions
