ABA Therapist in Concord, NH

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven background as a Behavior Specialist or in a similar role within educational settings
• Strong practical knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
• Comfortable developing and carrying out individualized behavior intervention plans
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support professionals
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents
• Committed to maintaining ethical and confidential standards in all interactions
• Relevant certification or licensure in behavior analysis or behavioral health (preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavior and develop targeted, data-driven intervention strategies
• Implement positive behavioral supports and monitor student progress
• Train and guide school staff on ABA best practices and classroom management techniques
• Consult with teachers and parents to adjust and optimize behavior management plans
• Document all interventions, observations, and outcomes in a thorough and timely manner
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment for students of varying needs
• Remain current with best practices and trends in behavioral science
