ABA Therapist - Dover, Delaware

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise as a Behavior Specialist in educational settings
• Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Proven ability to assess, design, and implement behavioral intervention plans
• Experience supporting K-12 populations with diverse behavioral presentations
• Ability to work independently—this position does not involve RBTs or behavior technicians
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and monitor individualized behavioral support plans for students across all grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote consistency and ensure best practice implementation
• Provide coaching and training to school personnel on behavioral strategies and data collection
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
