Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Encinitas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one behavioral support to middle and high school students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students throughout the school day.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document student data accurately.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervisors to support student success.
- Assist students with daily living needs, including toileting, diapering/changing, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Comfortable providing personal care assistance, including toileting and changing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and dependable in a school environment.
Caseload
- Middle school and high school students
- All positions provide dedicated 1:1 support for individual students.
