Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) with relevant certification or credentials
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist or working in a similar capacity in schools

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and adjust plans as needed
  • Participate in meetings, such as IEPs or team consultations, sharing professional input
  • Engage families, sharing updates and strategies to support consistency across school and home
