Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with children or adolescents using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles in a school or similar setting
• Certification as a Behavior Specialist or relevant credentials preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, and adjust strategies as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support staff training and provide guidance on ABA strategies in the classroom
• Collaborate with Special Education and general education staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, data collection, and documentation of interventions and outcomes
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about student progress and strategies for home
