Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification, degree, or relevant training in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related field

• Proven ability to collect and analyze behavioral data
• Skillful in developing and applying behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observations within classrooms or throughout the school
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive environments
• Provide training or guidance for school staff on behavioral strategies
• Track student progress and document outcomes
