Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Behavior Specialist, preferably in educational or school-based environments
• Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Proven ability to address and support a range of behavioral challenges across different age groups
• Independent, proactive, and able to create effective behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable working without assistance from RBTs or behavior technicians

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary behavior support for a varied caseload of K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Document interventions and progress, ensuring compliance with school and district protocols
• Provide coaching and guidance to school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Respond flexibly and effectively to changing student and school needs throughout the contract
