• Professional experience as a Behavior Specialist, preferably in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and data collection

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral and social-emotional needs using evidence-based methods
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote positive behaviors
