Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current valid Developmental/Adaptive Physical Education license required
• Previous experience providing adaptive PE instruction in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Ability to motivate and inspire students with diverse needs and abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored physical education programs for students with various abilities and developmental needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, special education staff, and families
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, adjusting goals and strategies as needed
