APE Teacher - Corona, CA

A K-12 school in Corona, CA is seeking a part-time Adaptive Physical Education Teacher for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in designing and delivering physical education programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities or varying physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement adaptive physical education curricula suited for K-12 students
• Assess individual student needs and modify activities to ensure inclusion and participation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for all students during physical activity

• Certification or training in Adaptive Physical Education
