Adaptive Physical Education Teacher (APE) in Fairfield, CA

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher to make a meaningful impact in a virtual consulting role working with schools in the Fairfield, CA area. This contract position offers flexibility and the chance to shape the learning experience for a small caseload of students in need of tailored instruction. The assignment runs from August 6, 2026, through June 4, 2027.

As a virtual APE consultant, you will work with two school sites, providing specialized services to a very manageable caseload of 2–3 students. Sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to utilize your expertise from the comfort of your own space. Commitment is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per week, making this an excellent fit for professionals seeking meaningful part-time work that fits a dynamic lifestyle.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching license/certification in Adaptive Physical Education (APE)
• Experience providing adaptive PE instruction, ideally within a school setting

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:
