Adaptive Physical Education Teacher (APE) in Fontana, CA

Your responsibilities will include providing adaptive PE instruction to students at sites in San Dimas, Pasadena, and Chino Hills, with a total caseload of six students. The assignment requires on-site presence and involves regular and make-up instructional minutes, participation in IEP meetings, and conducting assessments as needed. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position, running through May 2027.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid California credential in Adaptive Physical Education (APE)
• Experience working with students in non-public or special education settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to travel between multiple school locations
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
