Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive in-person evaluations of student abilities and developing tailored adaptive physical education plans
- Delivering engaging adaptive PE sessions on campus, adapting activities to meet varied student abilities
- Attending IEP meetings as requested, and providing input on student performance, accommodations, and progress
- Creating and updating individualized APE goals, ensuring alignment with overall student education plans
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success and inclusion
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of services provided and progress achieved
